These burger pies are golden, gooey, and seriously satisfying, made with our all-butter puff pastry and baked to perfection in the air fryer.
Here’s how to make them:
• Cut 2 small + 2 slightly larger pastry circles
• Halve a burger and form 2 mini patties
• Layer patty, tomato, gherkin (if you like), and cheese
• Seal with pastry, glaze & bake at 190°C in the air fryer for 12–15 mins (flip halfway)

We rely on time-honoured techniques such as hand-folding and proper resting to create pastry that stands apart in taste and texture. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our pastry contains no stabilisers, relaxants, or artificial additives. This natural approach allows the ingredients to speak for themselves — a philosophy that led us to become the first producers of Organic Puff Pastry in the world, and still the only producers of Organic Puff Pastry in the UK.
