As a family-run business with over 20yrs in the business, we have spent many, many hours tasting and testing pastry. We have sourced the best ingredients (British wherever possible) and we have followed traditional pastry-making methods to ensure an authentic and high-quality pastry. As we don’t use additives or preservatives or stabilisers in our products, we truly believe you can taste the West Country.

ALL BUTTER SHORT CRUST PASTRY
Using only the finest British ingredients our short crust all butter pastry has a buttery, crisp and melt in the mouth quality. Our short crust also known as a Pâte Brisée will bake off with a deep golden colour, a crumbly and biscuit like texture it is perfect for quiches, tarts. It can be reworked multiple times with no degradation in end product. It contains no additives or preservatives and is. GM free. Organic and conventional lines. Available in retail and food service formats
ALL BUTTER SWEET SHORT CRUST PASTRY
Our all butter sweet short crust pastry or pâte sucrée is a fine and light pastry with the perfect crumb and bite. Unbelievably sweet and buttery it is the perfect counterpoint to sour or bitter fillings. It contains no additives or preservatives and is GM free using only British ingredients. Conventional line only. Available in retail and food service formats
ALL BUTTER FINE PUFF PASTRY
Our all butter fine pastry is made and rested in the traditional manner using only the finest British ingredients. Pre-rolled for your convenience and using enriched patisserie butter it will rise up rich and airy for flaky, golden, baked goods. (Keep it stashed in the freezer to pull off easy pies, tarts, vol-au-vent, pastries, galettes and palmiers.) Organic and conventional lines. Available in retail and food service formats
ALL BUTTER TRADITIONAL PUFF PASTRY
Manufactured to the same standard as our fine puff pastry using the same ingredients, the traditional puff pastry has been developed specifically for food service. With a lower butter content, it is more robust and lends itself to food to products such as pies, pasties and sausage rolls. Organic and conventional lines. Available food service formats only.
